Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All Nebulyn products are printed, packed, and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners, based in India.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an item goes temporarily out of stock, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always notify you by email if there are any expected delays.
2. Shipping Within India
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal delivery fee may apply to COD or low-value orders.
All domestic shipments are handled end-to-end by Nebulyn’s courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or DTDC. Tracking links are automatically emailed once your order leaves the facility.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship selected Nebulyn products to limited regions outside India (including the U.S., U.K., and EU).
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch
- Shipping fees and timelines vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” page on our website.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. Nebulyn is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to the Nebulyn facility. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:
- Regional lockdowns, weather disruptions, or strikes
- Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
- Courier network backlogs during peak seasons
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist in case of any such delay.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at support@nebulyn.store with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate the issue with Quikink and the courier partner, and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
