- 5-day return window — Request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused/unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.
- You’ll need your order details / proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Log in to your Nebulyn Account using your email + OTP.
- Open your order → click Request Return → select items → follow instructions.
- Or email us at support@nebulyn.store (add your order number in the subject line).
- If approved, our shipping partner will contact you to pick up the package.
Damages / wrong item
Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is damaged/defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nebulyn.store so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards. Certain items like custom products and some personal care goods may also be non-returnable. If you’re unsure, reach out to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at support@nebulyn.store.

1. Order Processing
All Nebulyn products are printed, packed, and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners, based in India. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an item goes temporarily out of stock, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if there are any expected delays.
2. Shipping Within India
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
- A nominal delivery fee may apply to COD or low-value orders
All domestic shipments are handled end-to-end by Nebulyn’s courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or DTDC. Tracking links are automatically emailed once your order leaves the facility.
